Les Garrigues' olive oil market will be held in Les Borges Blanques from 20 to 22 January 2012.
Catalonia is privileged to enjoy some of the world's best olive oils like the one which is produced in Les Garriguues county, in Lleida area. Les Garrigues olive oil is mostly pressed from Arbequina olives, which take their mane from the Arbeca town, this kind of olive is quite small but highly aromatic. Far more than 5.000 m2 are yearly dedicated to this market.
